Our Vision
IBIA was founded on the belief that when young people are surrounded by the right tools, guidance, and community, success becomes inevitable for those who have the desire to achieve. This belief comes from lived experience and personal testimony. IBIA was created to be that space, a place where youth can gain direction, develop confidence, and access the resources needed to build a successful future.
It is often said that it takes a village to raise a child, but a village must be filled with the right people who are willing to guide, support, and invest in the next generation. IBIA exists to help build that village by connecting youth with mentorship, opportunity, and a community that believes in their potential.
With your support, we can continue to grow this village and turn that vision into a reality, empowering young people to rise, lead, and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

K. “Niecee” Bellard Brunston, is a proud mom and passionate youth coach. She retired from the United States Air Force after 26 years. Niecee’s education and experience include Team Building, Project Management, Human Relations, Human Resources, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She is currently enhancing her Instructional Design skills and building community relations to help youth create healthy life skills anchored in empowering beliefs. Niecee believes when youth recognize their inner beauty and self worth, they will walk in their purpose to reach their goals.

Demetrius (D) Booth, holds a Performance / Life Coach certification and has served over 25 years in the United States Air Force. D is experienced and educated in Psychology for Industry/Organization, Team Development, Business Management and Education Enrichment. He is also an Air Force Master Instructor. As a passionate orator, D enjoys coaching adults and youth to ignite their God-given purpose. D is married with three beautiful children.

Kamie McKay Johnson, is a United States Army & Air Force veteran with collegiate education/certifications in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Law Enforcement Supervision and Tax Preparation. Her skills also include project management and data analysis, which Kamie used during 17-year law enforcement career. She is currently serving in a Detective position in her local police department. Her passion for numbers has inspired Kamie to launch her own business anchored in community accounting services and education. Kamie is married and the mother of two wonderful sons.

Tiffany Jackson-Foster, hails from Montgomery, AL and has the United States Air Force for over 25 years in various positions to include Education Management, Team Building, Project Management and Curriculum Development. Her education and professional certificates include Emotional Intelligence, Crucial Conversations, and Organizational Coaching. Tiffany uses her passion as a mentor aligned youth coach to uplift her military and local community. She currently serves as a youth coach for True Divine Baptist Church in Montgomery, AL. Tiffany’s truth north lays with her husband and son.

Kimberlyn (Kim)Thomas, hails from a small town in southern GA as founder of the inspirational lifestyle brand, Hustle2Freedom. Kim has served in the United States Air Force four years as an Intelligence Analyst with skills in Leadership Development, Education and Project Management. Her passion is youth economic and entrepreneurial education. Kim is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and will use her talent and education to help diverse generations improve their relationship with finances. Kim’s purpose is to ensure individuals and communities are financially prepared for their future.

Nia Kennard, was among the first IBIA program graduates in 2021. She enjoys uplifting her peers, creating art, travel, and is currently striving to expand her social media experience as a skin consultant. Nia is a Freshman at Prairie View A&M University pursuing her degree in Kinesiology and Digital Marketing.
