Our Mission
IBIA, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) program created to impact youth during their senior high school and college freshman years. Our Mission is to "Equip youth with SELF-LOVE, UNITY, RECOVERY, and FINANCIAL Literacy, to develop confident leaders, empowered to build strong communities and create a positive global impact." Our listen-first life skill coaching style helps program participants achieve their goals and become positive role models for younger generations.

Xavion "Doc" Green: Turning Passion Into Profession
Community and Growth
2023 IBIA Scholarship Recipient Doc Green
Former IBIA scholarship recipient Xavion “Doc” Green continues to turn his passion for storytelling and visual media into a promising career.
After graduating from Trident Technical College’s Film and Media Production program, Green began working as a camera operator for sporting events throughout the Southeast. His growing résumé includes productions for The Citadel, the South Carolina Stingrays, South Carolina State University, Friday Night Rivals and the Savannah Bananas.
Green will continue his education at the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree in television and film. His long-term goal is to work behind the camera in professional sports and entertainment.
We are proud to celebrate Doc’s continued growth and look forward to seeing where his talent and determination take him next.
